“喜大普奔”的好消息：南非内政部开启全民智能卡时代
8月24日，南非内政部长证实，内政部的eHomeAffairs在线端口已经全面升级，所有16岁以上的南非公民都可以申请智能卡身份证了。 在此之前，只有25-40岁的人士可以申请智能卡身份证。 吉加巴表示，试点项目非常成功，这令他们有信心全面铺开。 他们的这一“全民刷卡”行动，还是和南非的四大银行进行合作的。 目前可以办理这一业务的银行包括：
